The Website belongs to SocialFul FZCO, a company incorporated in Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority, the United Arab Emirates, having license number 8650 and its registered address Dubai Silicon Oasis, DDP, Building A2, Dubai UAE United Arab Emirates (“us”, “we”, “our” and/or “SocialFul FZCO”). Capitalized terms used in this Return Policy that are not defined herein, shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in our Terms and Conditions.
We offer returns for Product within seven (7) days from the actual delivery date if the Product is eligible for return. Products that are not eligible for return cannot be returned under any circumstances. A Product will not be accepted as returned until it has been notified to the User that it is accepted for return.
It may take up to one week based on your location for a product to reach us once you return it. Once the item reaches our facility, allow for up to two (2) business days for us to receive and process your returned product. After the return is processed, we will credit return amount to your E-wallet.
PRODUCT RETURNS.
1. The following Products shall be eligible for a replacement, or refund within seven (7) days from the actual delivery date of such Products and must be unmodified (not personalized or customized), unused, in original unbroken packaging and include all tags and accessories:
a) The wrong Product has been received which does not match the listing description for such Product on our Website or the specification of the Product as per your order;
b) The Product has been received in a damaged or defective state;
c) You have simply changed your mind about your purchase provided that such Products are unmodified (not personalized or customized), unused, in original unbroken packaging and include all tags and accessories.
2. The following Products shall not be eligible for a replacement, or refund:
a) Products that have been personalized and/or customized, and/or Products that have been used;
b) Products that have been damaged by you and/or Products that are not in the same condition as when you received them;
c) Products with tampered or missing serial numbers;
d) Products sold during sales and/or promotion;
e) Products marked as "non-returnable" on the Product detail page.
3. If you receive a damaged or defective Product, please notify us immediately upon having received such Product by emailing us at the email address at the end of the Return Policy. We will ask you to provide pictures of such Product as part of our quality assurance checks. We will arrange for Product collection, and upon inspection and approval in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, a refund or replacement will be arranged.
4. Products complying with the above provisions may be eligible for replacement only if the Product (exact same Product or similar with variation in color or size) is in stock.
5. We will refund return amount to your E-wallet (which can then be used for future purchases through our Website). For products complying with 1(a) and 1(b), we will pay the delivery fees, and for products complying with 1(c), the User will pay the delivery fees.
6. Should a return Product not be accepted, we will notify you of such circumstance providing reasons for the same.
7. If you think that we have provided you with an incorrect refund, you can contact us immediately at the email address at the end of the Return Policy.
8. If you have received a non-returnable Product in a damaged and/or defective condition, you can contact us within seven (7) days from the delivery of the Product.
